We offer easy returns for our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason you can return your case within the first 90 days for a full fund.

The Product is defective or was damaged during delivery..

If your product was damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing issue we stand by our products and will replace the item or refund you. Please send a quick description of the issue as well as a photo to hello@take-case.com

You will not have to return the damaged / defective product to us.

 

The case is not damaged, I  just want to return it…

If you decide that you don’t need the case, you can return the case for any reason within 90 days for a refund.

Please send the following details to hello@take-case.com

  1. Your name
  2. Order number
  3. Reason for return
  4. Condition of case

We’ll then send you a PDF label to print out and stick to your package, as well as a return form for you to complete and include inside the package. If the case is in sellable condition, we will also refund $3 cover postage.

*Please, note - Our products are stored in Amazon.com FBA warehouses and fulfilled by Amazons reliable FBA service, so the address on the return label will be to Amazon.

We recommend that you ship your returned products to TAKECASE via a trackable shipping method.
